Our consultant, Theresa Manglinong, has over twelve years of work experience in the interior architecture and design industry in San Francisco and Chicago. Her extensive background includes projects in contract design, retail design and high end residential interior design. She is most passionate about residential interior design, antiques and decorating.

Theresa can facilitate all aspects of a project and provide full interior design & consulting services from generating construction drawings; drafting custom millwork drawings; ordering all furnishings including fabrics, furniture, plumbing fixtures, hardware, light fixtures and wall coverings; managing construction with all trades people; installation to final punch list.
